Our office is looking for 10 individuals to sponsor for a 10 week intensive care program.

When we say sponsor, that means free.

YES! You read that right-- FREE!

There are some requirements that need to be met in order to qualify for this care program.

To determine your (or your dependent's) eligibility we'll need a little bit of information as requested in the care program application.
