Changes in 2026

PRICES & PLANS

Adjustment prices will be changing starting January 1st. We are working on getting approved for accepting insurance, and as those applications are finalized we will be updating here which ones we are accepting. Because of that change, the cost of adjustments will be reflected below:
 

  • Adult Adjustment- $60

  • Pediatric Adjustment- $30

​

​Wellness Plans are changing to provide more flexibility and saving options for those who would like to be consistent in their appointments.​ If you currently are on a wellness plan, your price will be unaffected unless you choose to cancel what you have and want to start up again later on.

​

​​Those updated plans are as follows:

​

PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP

  • 4 visits per month

  • $109

  • any additional visits outside of the 4 is $30 each

  • month-to-month agreement

  • auto-renewal in place

  • easy to pause or cancel

​

GOLD MEMBERSHIP

  • 2 visits per month

  • $65

  • any additional visit outside the 2 is $30 each

  • month-to-month agreement

  • auto-renewal in place

  • easy to pause or cancel

​

BRONZE MEMBERSHIP

  • Monthly rate $35

  • Each visit is $20

  • minimum agreement of 6 months required, then month-to-month renewal

​​

UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP

  • Unlimited number of visits each month

  • $399

  • Minimum commitment of 2 months

SCHEDULING

SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS

For now scheduling will continue to be within the SKED app if you currently have it. For all new patients at The Ridge, we will be switching over to the ChiroHD app.

 

We hoped to keep the same communication and scheduling, but SKED is asking us to pay an arm and a leg for the integrations we would like, hence the newer switch. If you would like to transition now to this app, please text us.

 

We will also no longer be supporting the ability for our current practice members to schedule through our website. This will be reserved only for new patients only. As we continue to grow and expand, this may change and evolve.

PAYMENT PROCESSING

Our payment processing has been going through our EHR software called JaneApp. It will no longer be going through Jane, but will now be run through a company called CashPractice. There are a few very important things we need to make you aware of right away because this update affects you starting this coming month. If you are currently on a wellness or membership plan, you should be getting a notice to update your card stored on file from CashPractice. This is from us, not a scam or spam. This is to ensure no pause or break in the care you are receiving.

This new system will allow for reminders if your card is expiring soon, receipts, and keeping your payments even more secure. We will also be able to link family accounts together, split payments up for specific days/weeks, and many other options to keep things easy for you.

​

Texting will remain the same with our office number for now. This may be updating in the future, but we will keep you updated as that happens.
